To start speaking with the scammer in Google Hangouts, you will need to add them to your Hangout contacts. Chris is unlucky in love and loves nothing more than a Google Hangouts romance scam. Most people would do the sensible thing and decline the initial advances of the scammer but those who are vulnerable and desperate for love may well just fall into the trap.
